Our Dentists
Arlene R. Jaffe, DDS
Dr. Jaffe attended the University of California, San Diego for her undergraduate work and pursued her Dental Training at the University of California, San Francisco. She has been practicing since 1990. She has been at Regency Dental of Stuart since 1998. Dr. Jaffe lives in Jupiter with her husband, Dr. Eric Jaffe. Her son Ryan is a practicing dentist in Winter Park and her daughter Dani is a Nurse Practioner in Palm Beach Gardens. Her hobbies include reading, sewing and cooking. She loves to practice Dentistry and feels that with improvements in technique and materials, there is less reason to be afraid to go to the dentist.
Victor J. Giol, DMD
Dr Giol attended Florida State University for his undergraduate work and continued his Dental Training at the University of Florida. He has been practicing since 1997.He has spent his entire dental career at Regency Dental of Stuart. Dr. Giol lives in Jupiter with his wife Jenni and his kids Tori and Todd. His hobbies include music, playing guitar and cheering his kids on in all sports including basketball, soccer, and competitive gymnastics.and lacrosse.He enjoys all phases of dentistry and feels it is important to address emergencies as soon as possible.
Eric N. Jaffe, DMD
Dr. Jaffe attended the University of Florida for both undergraduate and Dental School. He also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr Jaffe has been practicing dentistry since 1989. He has been at Regency Dental of Stuart since 2009. Dr Jaffe lives in Jupiter with his wife, Dr. Arlene Jaffe. His hobbies include golfing, fishing and sports. Dr. Jaffe is Ryan and Dani's number one fan and a die-hard Gator.

Shannon
Graduated from Indian River State College Dental Hygiene Program with honors in 2002
Employed by Regency Dental of Stuart since 2002
I absolutely love my job. Having practiced dental hygiene for many years, I have created lasting relationships with my patients while educating them about their overall health. I believe that bestowing current knowledge and implementing new techniques is highly important in order for patients to achieve and maintain optimal oral health. I love working with the Regency Team!
Carolyn
Carolynn graduated from Temple University school of Dental Hygiene in 1977 and is still practicing! Her dad taught crown and bridge at Temple also. She is from Broomall PA and Sea Isle City NJ. She has 3 fun grandchildren under 5 years. She loves the outdoors, especially swimming laps, boating, fishing, and diving for lobster. She especially enjoy working with those with Special Needs and those with Dental Anxiety.
Linda
Linda C, RDH, B.S., brings over three decades of experience to her role as a dental hygienist. Graduated from Loyola University in Chicago. Known for her bright attitude, understanding nature and patient education, Linda excels in providing exceptional dental services. Her dedication to the practice extends beyond the clinic through the bond and atmosphere she is able to create with her patients. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time in the outdoors, being with her family and watching sports (Go Blackhawks!).
Our Assistants
Diana
Diana is an expanded functions dental assistant. She is happily married to the love of her life and has two wonderful step sons. She loves traveling and having family board game nights with their youngest who lives in Florida with them. She had been with Regency Dental of Stuart for since 2020. She loves being able to help people everyday and is very passionate about providing kind, caring, and honest dental care.
Saris
I am a dental assistant and college student pursuing dental hygiene with a strong interest in patient care and oral health. I am dedicated to supporting both patients and dental team while continuing to grow my skills through education. Family is an important part of my life and motivates my commitment to providing compassionate, reliable care.

In high school . Graduate of IRSC as a dental/surgical assistant. When I’m not assisting the Jaffe’s in their pursuit of quality dental care, I enjoy being surrounded by my two rescued fur babies Dallas and Chloe.

Linda
Office Manager
My name is Linda Hisey and I am the Office Manager at Regency Dental of Stuart. I was a payroll specialist at QVC St. Lucie until I joined the team at Regency Dental of Stuart in March of 2010.
I have been blessed with two sons and two beautiful granddaughters Alexandria and Sophia, both entering the 8th grade next year. There is no better feeling than being a grandparent. I enjoy greeting at my Church on Sundays and I have been teaching Awana for 9 years. I also love doing crafts of all kinds and have recently taken up crocheting.
I love working at a family oriented office where we take excellent care of our patients. I have personally experienced being a patient at this office since 1997. I could not ask for better bosses. I feel very blessed to be a part of this office and to be working with such a wonderful staff.
Heather
Front Desk
Heather began her career at Regency Dental Center 26 years ago and is thrilled to be back where it all started. It has been a joy reconnecting with the practice and working alongside such an incredible team of doctors and staff. Heather is married to her husband, David, and together they have a blended family of eight children. Outside of work, she loves music and writing. Heather has been singing professionally for over 30 years and is also actively involved in ministry alongside her husband. She enjoys being able to bring a helpful smile and greeting to all of our patients here at Regency Dental.
